New to Bootprint?
We have already started optimizing your Google profile so make sure to keep an eye on it and let us know if we miss the mark on anything especially at first so we can train our team and ai tools to match your voice and business. Optibot is a fantastic tool and will help grow your digital footprint. It doesn't work overnight, but over time you will see significant improvements in your local ranking and A.I. visibility.
The first thing to remember is that WE NEED YOUR HELP to rank you higher!
You have 2 Jobs:
1. Get reviews as often as you can using the link below. Google prefers you get reviews weekly but monthly will work too.
2. Upload pictures once a week (4-5 a week is great), save link below for easy photo uploads.
Your review link will request your clients include an image with their reviews. It is customized to your business but people can still go directly to your google profile and leave a review.
Your QR code is also attached. Feel free to download it and use it anywhere.
Some clients use this QR code in their store, shop, or office. Some even print out stickers to include on their employee's phones or clipboards to ask for reviews in person.

We NEEEED photos of you and your work. Please set a reminder in your phone. Get your techs, or employees to consistently upload new casual photos. Your phones have location and date data that help Google know you are actively working and playing the game.
QR Code
Save this QR code and use it on business cards, stickers, and anywhere you want to prompt people to get reviews. Just right click on the image and save it to your computer and use it anywhere you need.
Review Responses
We will respond to your reviews for you. This will help Google to know that you are playing the game. When we respond to reviews, we will use keywords when possible they are clear in the client reviews. If you get a 1, 2, or 3 star review, we will email you a recommended response before responding. You can let us know what you would like. We will automatically respond to your 4 and 5 star reviews.
Connect your Social Media Channels
Part of your digital footprint is your social media accounts. They help with your search results and help increase your keywords across the web. We will post each of the posts we put on your Google Profile to each of your social media accounts. Each month, we will also make a video from the photos you upload and do a voice over. We can also post this video to your accounts and your YouTube account. If you don't have accounts, we recommend setting one up. They are free and will increase your reach!
Notifications
You will receive automated reminders to upload photos and get more reviews. We will even tell you when you are doing good at those things. This is an ongoing effort to really grow your business and photos and reviews are a key part of that.
If it ever becomes too much, we can turn it off, but we find it nice to have reminders like that. Send us a chat through the chat bot in the corner if you want us to turn them off.
Special Offers/ Updates
Once a month you will receive an email asking for updates or specials. Please just respond to that email and let us know what specials, announcements, or updates you have. These help us remain active with Google and can be a good way to get shown more. They can be simple like a discount or special. They can also be announcements about new products or services. Just tell us and we will update your profile.

We have included an NFC card and mailed it to your main address. Please watch for it.
You can use this to get reviews. Just tap it on a clients phone and it will pop up your review link. These can be replaced any time for $20 if you lose it or would like more cards for your team, purchase them at the link below. There are some phones these don't work on so it is good to also have the QR code handy.
